From Dream to Garlic Reality

For reasons I still can’t fully explain, garlic came to mind. Maybe it was the simplicity, the earthiness—or just the idea of growing something from the ground up that we've been doing for years anyway.  We've always grown our own fresh garlic.

Thanks to a dear friend, Mr. Dietter, who gifted four humble bulbs of garlic, the journey began. That was five years ago.

​

Each season since, those bulbs multiplied. The harvest grew richer, and so did my appreciation for the process. 

​

This garlic didn’t grow alone—it came to life with the guidance and support of passionate, knowledgeable folks—my sincere thanks to Mr. Dietter, Chrissy, and especially Bruce.

 

This isn’t just garlic. It’s a shared labor of love.
